Community Bridge of SWFL is a dedicated nonprofit serving residents of Southwest Florida, with a special focus on Lee County.

We bridge critical gaps by connecting underserved seniors, veterans, and those facing isolation or limited access to essential services—with compassionate healthcare, vital community resources, and strong local partnerships.
